It helps us finish our task much faster, however, if you are in the process of learning new information, make sure you pause your music or turn it off. Music feeds your soul
Have you ever felt upset or angry? What do you do? Scream? Cry? Shout? Isolate yourself to the world? Have you ever thought about tuning in to some music? Music that makes you happy and soothes your doubts and fears away. Music that comforts and nurtures your soul. However, you should be careful with the type of music you listen to when you are feeling a certain way. It's best to steer away from "angry "or "sad" music when you are feeling the same way. How about listening to music that will make you want to dance and laugh? If you pay close attention you will be able to make a difference in the way you feel automatically. I usually tune into music that makes me want to dance and is very upbeat when I am upset or angry. If I feel happy and I know the world cannot bring my mood down, that is when I am comfortable enough to listen to angry or sad music.
